Before starting Flat Tops Digital, I spent 16 years in the outdoor industry, guiding rivers, managing operations, and helping build one of the valley’s most respected adventure businesses from the ground up. That work taught me something that has nothing to do with technology: people don’t want to feel talked down to. They want someone patient, honest, and genuinely invested in helping them succeed.
