Clients remain responsible for their devices, accounts, data, and decisions made based on guidance provided.

3. Remote Support

When remote support is used:

  • Access is granted only with the client’s permission

  • Secure, encrypted tools are used

  • Clients may end a session at any time

Flat Tops Digital Services is not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, internet providers, or hardware failures beyond our control.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide clear, effective assistance, technology outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee:

  • That issues can always be resolved

  • That systems will be free from future problems

  • That third-party services or platforms will function as expected

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are discussed and agreed upon before services begin.

  • Hourly services are billed based on time spent

  • Monthly support plans are flexible and may be changed or canceled

  • Payment is due as agreed at the time of service

There are no hidden or surprise charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flat Tops Digital Services, LLC is not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Security breaches

  • Financial loss

  • Hardware or software failure

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may discontinue services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if misuse, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate requests occur.
